City of Tempest: Phantom Gazette

What are your thoughts about Phantom Gazette?

-3-5 mana is viable (u want 3 by level 2 cos ur x is kinda pathetic and u need the v for farming until u get like 5+ attack and then it becomes more mana efficient than the v)

-learn to ninja

-learn to dance

-learn to read the map

-for the love of god dont go into killing range of any char especially not one with a good slow

-learn to read the opponent cos thats the only way to land those horrendous attacks and dont bother aiming a pot on any1 that is above 75% hp cos ur probs gonna fail

-emp EVERYTHING and spam turrets at buildings whenever possible but try not to steal low health structures that are clearly needed by teammates(if theyr not needed go ahead and give the enemy a headache)

I love going 2 mana with PG if you lane heroes that does not farm too fast.
