Only 1 Hero can be banned. 2 would be ok too, but i think we should stay with 1.

I will btw only do it if Yes is >= 66%

Well, its CTCL EU in the title, if we make a interserver thingy we can call it just CTCL i dunno. If you find EU accs you can join also, no problem.
