Dovahkiin - EU Clan forming

As you might have heard, NA has started to form clans which means that EU is the only server without clans now.

Thats why I'm trying to form one. You might ask yourself "what do we need clans for? We have so few ppl!!!"

The reasons are simple, you can also see some of them in pacman's thread.
- ofc encourage others to also form clans, recrute new players (pubstars for example), which grow our community
- get fixed teams for tournaments / make players train together and find a good synergy between their heroes => strenghens teamwork / makes getting a backup easier
- offers a new type of tournament: a clan league and maybe an inter-server clan league

I think a clan size from 8 is good, because it equals 2 teams with 1 backup each, but maybe also pubstars in addition to that 8 players, who just train with the teams, because pubstars are usualy lonewolfes ^_^.
If we announce something like that on the loading screen we might also get some pubstars to play inhouse and get better, who knows^^

Anyway, everyone is welcome to join or form an own clan, but i already took the best name

I Love this idea and think that you should get some scouts. Maybe take 3 pros and they look for some pub stars to join there team. I think the only thing that may keep this idea form working is if you get clans that have all the best players in it and the rest just feel that its not balanced. example the 3 brothers is already the champs so they can get all there additional players from pubs and teach them to become just as good. What do you think 3 pros and 5 pubs making the pros teachers and hopefully getting more clans????

Yes, that was kinda my idea. Would be stupid to have all toplevel inhousers in one clan, but also its stupid to have 10 clans with only 1 good players. Once ppl start to form clans on their own, I think they will look for good players all on their self, just to be sure to get good newcomers... hopefully anyways
And since we could most likely only get max. 4 clans, maybe lala could write the leader/scout/whatever contacts in the "help" (where BoA vods and patch notes are right now) so pubstars could take initiative and search a clan themselfs if they feel like wanting to become a better player.
