*About the chats from team "Alexander and the Sensations"

-After watching the replays of round of 6 and semifinals, I have decided to ban [All] chats for next tournament.
I've realized that any [All] chats have plenty of possibility to distract/upset the opponents.

-I will leave the team "Alexander and the Sensations" as the 2nd place.
Ultimately it was my fault for not making clear rules and not putting spectators to watch over what happens in game.

-However in case of Macanas, I will remove his name from the 2nd place team members list,
because he typed the word "f***er" on [All] chat twice (ro6 & semifinals).
Plus, his teammates warned him but he did not listen to their initial warnings and used it again.

-Conclusion is, Alexander and the Sensation remains as 2nd place, but Macanas is disqualified.

<Date/Times>

{First Group Stage} - September 30, Friday

-Match 1: 9:00 pm est - 9:45 pm est
-Match 2: 9:45 pm est - 10:30 pm est
-Match 3: 10:30 pm est - 11:15 pm est

*I am aware that times may vary from 15-50+ minutes. We won't cut the games in the middle so don't worry.
This is merely an assumption that CT takes 45 minutes each game to prepare/start/end/review.
So, times will be adjusted so that there will be NO delay in between games.



{Final Round} - October 1, Saturday. Starts at 9:00 pm est.

[Updated Rules]

<Sepctating>
-One of the staffs might be in game to check if everyone joins the game and plays fairly.
(For fairness issues we will try not to watch over too many / important matches)

<Language>
-Any aggressive chat to all people in game will get warned. 2 warnings for each day equals one auto loss to team.

<Replays>
-Spectating staff and ALL team leaders must save replays of all games they have been in.
-Send them to me on Saturday after finals. The 3 teams that don't continue on Saturday may send on Friday.

<In Case of Disconnection>
-Before 5minute mark: 100% remake the game.
-After 5minute mark: Either continue the game or remake the game if both teams agree.
(Intentional dropouts will cost an auto-loss.)

<Pausing>
-MUST type "pp" before pausing. Tell people why and how long to wait.
-Maximum time for waiting is 3 minutes unless the pausing player has a valid reason.
-Maximum # of pause available per team per match is twice.

<Quits and Surrenders>
-# of surrenders & quits will be counted in group stage. You may surrender the game at any time.
-Team/member that quits without surrendering more than once will be banned from this tournament.

The winner of Group C definitely looks to be the weakest of the probable winners of A and B.

Looks like 1, 5, 7 will be in stage 2 group A.

From there, probably 1 and 7 will advance to the finals.

lol i agree its not real ct, but it might be more fair than scoring kdr and surrenders
but i guess both ways are legit

If we were to find the absolutely fairest way we would let the whole group re-match, but we don't have time for that.

I also don't think those scores show everything, but that's the best way I could think for saving time.

I'm going to send all replays to him, telling him to cast whatever games he finds interesting.

I think he's going to cast finals anyway. Maybe hoping for some additions if there're any close&fun other games.
