KRIZARD builds

Krizard is perhaps the melee's worst nightmare (f*** u horus)
anyways the commons build for this character is
(guide is from the Korean CT CAFE just translated in to english)
lvl0-1 mana
lvl1-2 mana
lvl2-2 mana
lvl3-1 attk 1 increase in ice time (this is rlly your choice, by increasing ice time it also adds damage and if your opponent is in low orange it will kill them, if you don't upgrade your chances of getting ganked will decrease)
lvl4- all attk with speed around 7 and do 1attack 1 speed in odd levels (rlly depends on the character you face)
after attk add hp or armor

Items at shop
get 700 gas- mana pot mana card(push your lane and easy kill since you got freeze)
regen regen booster full shield hp etc pot and cards somewhere in the middle and don't forget portal

The combo depends whether you decide to freeze the opponent after you put in your skill or freeze them first.

freezing first - cfvxz
freezing after- fvxzc (use this combo only when you have a mana pot, the downside is if your aim sucks......bye bye pot)
freezing after is recommended in IH since freezing first might give time for the teammates to come by and kill you

late game buy movement speed increase card after you max speed very usefull

don't help your teamate by freezing the opponent when your teamate is already killing them with mana card. FREEZE = INVINCIBILITY FOR THE OPPONENT

if you are afraid of someone just freeze them when you see them

krizard usually counters most characters but arcane is pain in the ass because of the z skill and quakers is unfreezable.
When a melee character comes charging just use your ult the ice that comes out will most likely 99 percent block the path.

at least u can gank an unsuspecting horus XD, cant do that against an unsuspecting janne XS

but agreed with pac in terms of laning tho but i would say duran is worse for lur than janne, u cant hook duran anyway or u get upswinged and i hav no idea bout mode but i dont think that would work and if u do go mode its a window for him to go slave and ur kinda fucked even if u do kill him imo cos slave swing + chaos claw is kinda funky

how do u kill either with lur

against duran... u hook he counters with up before ur combo starts..., u go mode he counters either with slave or up and ur fucked...
against janne... run against ff all day long/get balls to the face/cursed... u try to hook u get destroyed by shield... u go for either ulti and she can use big ff to screw u over or curse/balls and mini ff just to fuck u up
