ToolTipTrouble: What does Dark Facts 10% mineral skill do?

Dark Facts mineral skill that supposedly do 10% extra damage when taken damage, how does it work?

Is it possible to change the tooltip to something more understandable?

Ok here's what i gathered so far: the upgrade makes df do 10% extra damage with his AA after the first attack, against one target at least.
So if you do 100 dmg with AA you will do 100 -> 110 -> 110...

And it does not seem to work with skills, only tried with storm though. There's a possibility that the attacks have to be closer together than the 2 second cd allowed.
