+1. It's a basic skill that does make a huge impact/difference even in the very top KR levels.

Although that's true, in practical application it really has no value. Hook + XC maybe super easy, but in reality it can be very difficult to get to that point, so the overall "combination" involves charge cancel prior to any damage abilities.
