the good old predator

1250 damage, 400 gas and 200 gas back when u blow up a hero + w/e experience etc u get from the hero kill (this makes the thing cheaper than a bloody pot)

dont really know why its outta fashion tbh since it got buffed but the idea is basically buy the damn thing with ur first 400 and shit on the other dude...

heroes which panthers work quite well with:
ron
zeros
monk
zava (if u just cant pull off the damn combo early just throw the fuckin panther at them after u slowed)
megagun (his new grenade slows sufficiently enough for this)

good targets for the predator:
sh (tho make sure hes not on highground that can escape to the other lanes if u do this)
abel (tho make sure hes not neear highground if u do this or more likely he wont hav port this early)
lur
aggro b9/megagun
zedait/hades (their early boost aint fast enough to escape and they really need to be pushing at this stage of the game)

bad targets:
geist
fang
janne
gaia
df
zava(unless shes low on mana cos c->blink fucks up panthers)
arcane (u can mindgame this tho and he might not hav enough mana for the shield this early dependin on his build)

when to use it:
early, first 400 gas, MAKE SURE its at the right timing so that ur opponent isnt running back to shop at the same time cos u then just wasted ur panther, and only do this against some1 who isnt a positional bastard that camps at towers constantly

how to use it:
dont be obvious... and try to keep the panther hidden until u go for the kill or alternatively send it to a lane thats struggling or some1 that really needs to be shut down if ur confident u can hold ur own lane when ur 200/400 gas down

i use it sometimes especially if i go up against melee, early game

technically it shouldnt work against melee if they can charge like koreans unless theyr lur/duran goin in to kill u but u hti the panther at the perfect timing to fuck them up (tho u need to weaken duran first)

guess they were bad melee lol cuz i killed bh, the hook dude, zeros, not duran so far.

oh btw if u ever do this expect a panther back on his next respawn... almost always happens for some reason -.-
